- Pizza dough 1 1/2 cups (225g)
- Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
- Fresh mozzarella cheese (sliced) 1 cup
- Fresh basil leaves 10-12
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.

Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Place the mozzarella slices evenly across the pizza.

Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle a pinch of salt.

Bake the pizza in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Once out of the oven, add fresh basil leaves and crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
